RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Items can be returned within 30-60 days from date of purchase. 

2. Condition of Items: Products generally need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is typically required to process a return or exchange.

4. Refunds and Exchanges: Customers may have the option to receive a refund to their original payment method or exchange the item for a different size or style if both parties deem them to be defective by quality or sizing. 

5. Shipping Costs: Some companies cover return shipping costs, while others may require customers to pay for return shipping. Genesis Sportswear will cover the shipping costs if we are at fault.

6. Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are usually not eligible for return or exchange.
